On the theme " from policy to practice" this means taking what is written, demonstrated, talk about and expected — and making it part of how we approach our work every time we step onto the wharf. This year we continue to elevate that standard alongside our Health and Safety Educator from VSA strengthening our knowledge, challenging our practices and building safer habits across our team.

Safety isn't just a policy on paper. It is a commitment we make to each other.
