Which countries does BBE ship to?
Currently BBE can ship directly to and from New Zealand. Our KYOWA and ONE lines shipping destinations include:
Busan, Kobe, Nagoya, Yokohama, Honiara, Port Vila, Noumea, Lautoka, Suva, Nuku’alofa, Apia, Pagopago, Papeete & Tarawa.
Busan is also a main trans-shipment port with feeder vessels from China Ports (Shanghai, Guangdong, Qingdao, Kao-hsiung).
Unfortunately at this time we do not have partner offices in Australia and the USA, but we can act on behalf through our network of friends.

How can I trace my cargo?
To trace your Cargo you will need to know your house bill number. If your Cargo is coming through one of our principals: KYOWA, ONE, Shuttle Express, Mainfreight, Pacific Freight Management, Kalgin or CaroTrans Global - we can track your shipment for you.
Please call our Main Office at 22613 or 22614 & ask to speak to a representative from the shipping line your Cargo was booked through.
KYOWA - Ask for Mona or Julie
ONE - Ask for Lanutasi or Tapu
Shuttle Express|Mainfreight|PFM|Kalgin|CaroTrans Global - Ask for Tina
Please have your house bill number ready when you call. This is usually on the top right hand corner of your booking document.
How many days do I have to return my FCL once it has left the wharf?
KYOWA LINE- All KYOWA FCLs must be returned within 10 working days of leaving the wharf.
For each day that a container is overdue the consignee will incur the following detention fees:
20FT FCL - WST$15.00/day
40FT FCL - WST$30.00/day
ONE LINE - All ONE FCLs must be returned within 21 free days of leaving the wharf. Effective May 1st, 2025 the following detention fees will apply for any overdue FCLs:
20FT DRY - WST$26.00/day
20FT REEFER/FLATRACK - WST$31.00/day
40FT DRY - WST$46.00
40FT REEFER/FLATRACK - WST$52.00/day
Can I purchase a used Container from BBE?
Yes. We are the exclusive authorized retailer on island for Sea containers NZ.
Choose from our readily available stock at our Vaitele Yard, or order direct from Sea Containers NZ through us.
